"Clean. Nice staff. They are willing to help you. Great communications. Be respectful to them. Don't make a mess and trash the seating area. Clean up after yourself. Parking, spaces are not far from building. But be cautious if people who do not know how to park, sit in their cars eating and daring you to hit them because they don't know how to pull into a space. The food runners who stop here get a thank you for actually parking and not blocking the fire lane to pick up orders."

"Not sure I have been to a coldstone creamery before. Great experience! Ice cream is expensive everywhere so don't expect low prices (spent $14 on two small bowls.) But the employees were patient and good at explaining everything how it worked and offered a sample to my son. They seemed to get along well and were heard being respectful to all customers. You don't always get good customer service with young staff at these kinda places so it is worth noting and being appreciative of. If you are making a left out of the parking lot be careful with the traffic on Oyster Point Road!"

"Very good. Very nice but very slow service, no fault of the single person working, she was incredibly friendly and did her best to keep up with everyone but I'm surprised that there aren't two people working at all times. We do enjoy this place frequently, very clean and the ice cream is great."
